Games Britannia
In December 2009, the BBC broadcast a documentary on the history of board games, 'Games Britannia'.
It explained the board game 'Brer Fox and Brer Rabbit', a precursor to the modern game of 'Monopoly', which played out the issues associated with UK private land ownership and gave insight to the workings of a Land Value Tax.
